A few years ago, Matt’s dad was diagnosed with dementia.
Now, I’m sure everyone listening knows a little about this disease but we don’t all know about the many challenges that come with a loved one loosing their memory.
Thankfully, Matt managed to get Lasting Power of Attorneys in place before his Dad’s mental capacity declined, but that isn’t the case for everyone and even though Matt did it, the process was far from easy.
At a time when his family needed clarity and support, the system felt overly complex and outdated.
And like with all the best entrepreneur stories, Matt looked at his deeply personal experience and thought. “There has to be a better way” so he set out to build one.
He’s now created an amazing platform designed to help families like his navigate these moments with far more ease, clarity and dignity.
